The injuries today really did sour a beautiful day at the G. We more than held our own after the injuries to key players but our opposition in the next fortnight are a class above where the Hawks are at.

I'm not confident that we can now navigate a period without May and Lever. I have been impressed with TMac and Hore and was buoyed by Petty's return to bolster our forward line to give Brown and bit of a break in this upcoming block of close together games. However this has certainly thrown a spanner in the works. Let's see how good we can move the deckchairs and get through this Adelaide adventure.

Me too but if Collingwood have to win I will be quite happy that Ross the Boss is sitting 0 and 2.

I have heard the players and coach refer to Viney as just VIN many times. Sounded funny to hear because he has just always been VINES to me. Are these nicknames in the OP confirmed as official nicknames and not just fan assumed nicknames?

Another excellent Podcast boys. The longer the better I say. Where else do you get 2 and a half hours of All Dees content during the week? My dog did not complain having to walk an extra few blocks so I could finish listening to @binman’s stats file.

He lives on the Gold Coast but is a hardcore Dees fan. Not sure what the family situation is but going interstate to play footy is par for the course for rookies. No different from any of the WA or SA boys.

I was recommended this podcast by a work colleague early last year, big shout out to mad dog Matty and it has become a staple of my podcast listening week. If I don't get through the show on my commute then I will finish it off on my nightly sojourns walking the dog through the mean streets of Ivanhoe. Thank you to Andy, Binman and George for all the effort you put into this podcast and know that the indepth analysis that you provide is much needed and appreciated especially after a loss. I don't have a question but a comment and it highlights how good our recruiting and trading has been. Thought Billings had a solid game and he provides a great link up between our midfield and our forward line. Windsor and Howes both look like they belong at AFL level. I reckon in a few weeks we'll be talking about Howes being the Judd McVee of 2024. Thank you for your time and as Binman is fond of saying at the end of each show. Go Red Leggers.
