It's poor English to start a sentence with a number
-
If we lose, the supporters will blame the AFL
-
There's no way it's costing $375 million. This cost will blow out.
-
No one's saying a new stadium wouldn't be better. Of course it would be better but a lot of Tasmanian feel other things like housing and cost of living are more important and that's fair enough.
-
I agree. I think the AFL has taken advantage of Tasmania's desperation for a team to get a new stadium out of them.

Life's too short. Why fill it with hate
-
Just heard on the news that the jumper revealed yesterday is unlikely to be worn for the majority of games
-
-
A thousand times better

Makes no difference. There are two devils. The religious one and the animal one. Tasmania has chosen the animal. This will be my final comment.

-
Not really. One is an animal. One isn't
-
It's named after the animal. Not the religious devil.

Good news week (positive news only)
greenwaves replied to spirit of norm smith's topic in Melbourne Demons
With Sydney easily beating Collingwood away, our loss to Sydney doesn't look so bad -
Please. No!
-
There's no way Goodwin is telling the players to bomb it in. Rather it's a symptom of our inability to move the ball quickly or efficiently which creates a congested forward line. When there's no free players you have no choice but to bomb it in.

We finished sixth last year

Did anyone else find it weird watching football this time of year? Feels like it's still summer.
-
I thought the exact same thing
-
The "devil" in Tasmania Devils refers to the animal, not the biblical devil
-
This is serious. The Maynard hit resulted in brain damage.
-
I've already accepted that it's not happening this year. Something just ain't right

The Dees Incredibly Frustrating to Watch
greenwaves replied to Demonland's topic in Melbourne Demons
There's only so much bombing to a congested forward line one can watch -
Everyone to incorrectly start a sentence with a number
-
I don't think it's a problem as long the training grounds are full size and at a high standard it should be fine
