All great points !! Tigers had 2 great key forwards, not sure we have any !!! (Van rooyen in couple of years) And Not sure a system that relies on no rain can work in Victoria !!!

Maybe only problem with moving salem/bowey from backline is who are the other good ball users in backline, i like the idea, but im thinking all will happen is more turnovers in backline. We just dont seem to have enough good ball users, suggest that is why we play the defence 1st system, will be competitive every year but like ross lyon coached sides just not good enough to beat the best year to year. #thankgodfor21

Just listening to replay of podcast. Love your work boys, but cant agree with binmans assessment of easy draw to finish ??? Look at ladder, we have only beaten 1 side in top 8 and all other wins are against 6 of the bottom 7 sides. This would mean we have to play all sides inside 8 to finish. Hope im wrong, but i can't see how we beat pies on monday with the form we're in, and too think we can just flick a switch and play 2021 footy in the back end just doesn't sit well with me.

Forward line connection has been our problem for 5 years, except for last 2 games last year, my issue is our coaches have seem to have done nothing, we still move ball the same, kick long and hope someone marks it !!! We continue to dominate out of center but just bomb it long and hope to mark it or break even, when is the last time we broke out of centre and hit a leading forward !!!
