  1. I think I’ll repeat it … 29.61
  2. Love them all but … If there were alternatives Pickett should be dropped. Harmes gone. Chandler also. Thought ANB put in actually. Forget BBB and TMac saving the forward line. At least Goody will identify that we are working hard on our forward line connection.
  3. Tell me again how Schache isn’t good enough. Perfect for our forward line.
  4. I am very much looking forward to hearing about the Traeger Park tree just in case it has changed since last time. Ideally with a Kelli pun thrown in. “Branching out, back to roots, out on a limb … so much for her to work with.
  5. Apologies if already put in but for the doomsayers have a listen to the Champion Data guy at 18 minutes in on this
  6. Crackers Keenan - “You can’t pull up your socks if you’re not wearing any.”
  7. Others have stated it I’m sure but Petty replacing Tommo must have been to match up on Cameron. Really can not understand why he didn’t go forward as soon as Cameron was injured. Max better dropping back than sliding forward.
  8. Well done Smith. Skills not too flash.
  9. Killed in clearance. killed by turnovers
  10. A forward line of JvR, Petty, Smith, Fritsch and smalls with a backline of only two talls seems unlikely which makes Goody’s stated desire to play Petty forward as problematic. Guess we are still experimenting.
  11. Believe Hawkins on special training this week perfecting accidental punches to face and guts.
  12. Hi Andy You asked me to repost this for the mid season review so here we are with a couple of modifications, although it was answered to a certain extent last week. Your thoughts on this as a potential forward line going into the future, not just next week but beyond BBB and TMac. JvR because he is a developing champion Petty because Goodie has made it clear that’s where he wants him, pre knee Tomo may be back and gives us two solid talls up front Fritsch because he is a goal machine Kossie because he’s Kossie Now it gets harder: I love Chandler and think he is an intelligent player. I love Spargo’s delivery inside but given Smith can play fast and small as well as tall, one of them out for him. This also fits with our small forward roles as pressure first, goals second. So I see it as possibly JVR, Petty, Fritsch, Smith, Kossie, Chandler. Spargo as first drop and Schache as tall backup. Alternatively Smith could be permanent sub given his flexibility. Thoughts?
  13. Really the thought of a pies Lions final at the Gabba is so juicy! Unfortunately very unlikely though.
  14. I was doing the same on Monday night with Moore and the other backline headband.
  15. Daddy Daicos was one of the first of this build I noticed.
  16. As I have posted before; suspensions will never be consistent because of the media influence and the player status being factors. Every hearing should begin with this question. What would the result be if this was Daicos or Bont? Then proceed from there.
  17. In the zone there is Trac!! I think he is actually just a nice guy though. Often see he and Clarrie put a hand out to help an oppo player up but don’t see many others doing the same.
  18. Probably right, just thought it was an interesting proposition, especially given our small forwards have mainly been applying pressure as opposed to actually kicking goals.

  20. It goes against decades of conditioning against finding anything positive about Collingwood … but credit where due, McRae is pretty damned impressive.
  21. According to the media the Amazing Pies almost did their mythical thing again against some other team.
  22. Really impressive display and great by many players but special mention to two D’Land whipping boys - Tomlinson and Smith.
