Five most improved players
Don't forget the worst one, Fritta. I can't fathom how he hasn't been selected in the last couple of seasons.

Gotta love all the D'landers reactions 😂 We better get a good draft pick out of those Freo vultures.

Gawn Main Ruck, Grundy Up Forward?
I suppose it will also depend on the strategy that any given team uses. Could be that Collingwood prefers zone defence, in that case all Fritta needs to do is to stay in the vicinity of the area guarded by Moore. On the other hand, if a team prefers man to man coverage, you'd need to have very mobile forwards going up and down the field to confuse/attract the opposition defensive line and create the match ups that you want.

Gawn Main Ruck, Grundy Up Forward?
Maybe Gawn is better at winning contested marks, but below average when taking set shots. Grundy is better at kicking. Which one we need the most?

He's been good when there is no hard competition on the other side. I wonder how the game would've been had Draper played?; Essendon's defensive line is also not elite. Not saying he won't be good, but like Freo, his performances are a bit up and down.

Same on Sparrow, need to see more. Probably the disappointment of the year, bar the first couple of weeks , has been Kozzy. We all expected him to have a major role this season and it hasn't come to fruition. I still trust and expect him to become a key player for us, but Goodwin needs to rediscover his confidence and perhaps use him better on the ground.

Dees Potential Draft Play to Secure Pick #1
You've got Richmond, Geelong, GC and even Sydney to finish above them. Hoping they fall to 12th at least.

Dees Potential Draft Play to Secure Pick #1
That may be true but, does he want to be there? As things stand, the power is on the players side. We experienced it last year with the number 6 who shall not be named. Is it better for WC to try and get as many draft assets now? otherwise they may be held hostage in 2-3 years time by a player that doesn't want to be there anymore and be unfairly compensated like we were last year.

NON-MFC: Rd 15 2023
Yes, hard to predict what will happen next week. Even Carlton could resurrect given how the season is going so far. Suddenly the Swans are a couple of wins away to be serious finals contender.

Dees Potential Draft Play to Secure Pick #1
If the team is serious about competing year on year, they should always keep all options open when it comes to improving the list. That's what Goodwin has been preaching, compete every year build a team to do so.

The Rich 100
We'll take Kelly's contract but the Weagles pay 30% of that salary. Another Grundy style move 😂

Dees Potential Draft Play to Secure Pick #1
There must be a market for him, if only limited. Bottom 6 teams could use an experienced player to help develop their young midfield groups. Let's explore what the team can get for him.

Dees Potential Draft Play to Secure Pick #1
Do we also have an important role for Brayshaw in the near future? Our midfield is crowded and we'd rather bring someone with better foot/kicking skills to that midfield group.

POSTGAME: Rd 15 vs Geelong
Why, for the most part, has this team behaved like Jeckle/Hyde under Goodwin? Surely we can't always blame the loading. Sometimes it's also about the psychological/mental fortitude of the team, specially its leaders on the field, to steady the ship during those critical stages of any given game. That last quarter capitulation was awful to watch.
