Royal Botanic Gardens? Plenty of space there for 2 or 3 ovals
  5. Yes, SG sits on the bench during the match. That some don't know what he looks like is not his problem nor a reflection upon the job he is doing
  6. Time for you to get back to work, dc!
  7. As did we 12 mths ago

Dumbest post all week. Short memory

Brunswick st oval is not the right size/shape for AFL training. Too many community groups would kick up a stink, not dissimilar to Jolimont/Yarra Park proposal. IMO it will be either sports precinct, such as car park F building + Goschs or perhaps on another state govt owned land (eg Docklands E-gate) or we will have the status quo, a combination of AAMI/Goschs/Casey Any land owned or controlled by a local Council scared of its residents will not get through

Hope Ooze rules himself out. He's too good for them to ruin his coaching career. They are a coach-killing club
  11. I reckon Weid is more competitive than Schache, but has less natural talent and gets outbodied way too easily

Had an excellent debut game against Gawn last year. That will stick in Goody's mind. Playing consistently well at WAFL level this year. Hard for a young ruck to crack it onto a team on the up with Darcy and Lobb ahead of him
  13. I knew a recruiter from another AFL club who described Schache as the least competitive man of his size ever on an AFL list. On another note, I see Hunter Clarke is a possibility to move clubs
  14. Didn't you know that this forum is the best predictor of a players readiness to perform?! For mine, the more interesting selection dilemma is whether Tmac is ready enough. We desperately need another tall forward who is a forward, not a ruck. If he's ready, ANB or Melk might be omitted, unless Spargo cannot get up As good and irreplaceable as Tracc is, we have others that can fill that role. Not a great fan of Dunstan, but he is a hard bodied player that could come in
  15. McStay did well against the Tiges. He's a handy back up ruck for his size

You can still do that! Via any ticketek agency You are spot on. Online should work seamlessly, that they release the only two games to be played at the same time defies logic

There's little incentive for them to improve the system when they have a monopoly over the MCG

Great work, old dee. I have a feeling your persistence is a good omen 🍀

Took 30 mins but finally got tickets. Not exactly where I wanted, but M51 is ok. Beats me as to why they put the Fri and Sat games online at the same time. It just make the so called 'queue' messier
  20. Stiff Arm replied to Ollie fan's post in a topic in Melbourne Demons
In the queue waiting and noticed that Collingwood priority 2 club members have a separate time slot for tickets. I guess when they have 100,000 members they can do whatever suits the club
  21. Zero goals in final term. Swans are a good last quarter team. It was over before 3/4 time
  22. Yes, they did their homework on us. Nullified Max and Dogga, got on top of our midfield and made our forwardline look useless
  23. Slow down there! You won't make the opening bounce at that rate!
