100% agree. We need to recruit a genuine forward line coach, it just isn't working up there. We get it in there so often for little reward. How often did we see a Pies player sitting out the back waiting for the loose spill to then slingshot it out of their defensive 50? Where are our smalls? We had 8 inside 50 tackles to 18, BUT we had 24 MORE inside 50s. That is damning. We were drowning down back every time it hit the deck and that stat paints the picture. Unacceptable. Fix it Dees and quickly!

Unfortunately Viney has been ruled out this week, available post-bye hopefully! Langdon comes in and in my view Brown will replace Weideman post-bye, although Goodwin may have lost patience and might strike early (I am just about ready to push him back to the VFL). Harmes might get freed up if there is no one to tag and play as a pure mid, let's see what he can do!

I have a feeling that Goodwin will give Sammy W one more week to prove himself. If he has another poor game, he is out and B Brown will play for an extended block post-bye. IN: Langdon.
