The tie is great. Got it on Monday and already worn it to work. Do I put it away to wear after a win, or when ever I feel like showing the colours? In the almanac, Cale Morton was either missing either height or weight, and there was a couple of other errors I noticed. In general, very good, and the stickers are better than previous years.

Teams come out at 5pm today - just in time for Dream Team and Supercoach. Mick McGuane picked us to come 8th on 927 this morning. On the Dorks for this week, I read somewhere that Williams and Boyle won't be playing.

Doesn't really matter to teams like Geelong it they win it - they still get 4 pre-season games anyway. The NAB Cup only matters to clubs trying to boost membership and get the confidence that winning provides. Look at the Saints in 2004 - won the pre-season and the first 10 games of the season proper. We need to do well - what if Geelong play all their kids and beat us at full strength. That would be terrible for confidence and membership.

Just paid my membership. Looking forward to getting the tie. My boss is a Filth member and has a tie (which I hate looking at), so now I will be able to wear mine. Got enough scarves. A cap as well would have been good. In 2006 I got a scarf and a cap - I'm an interstate member. Did everyone get both that year?

Had a dream this morning just before I woke up that I woke up and it was draft day. 4 weeks early of course. Masten, Rance and Scott Simpson will do just nicely. A ruckman with a later pick will also be good. Can't wait until next season!!

If Carlton took Cotchin and Richmond seem like they will take Cale Morton, which would the Eagles take out of Palmer or Kruezer? And we would get the one they didn't take. Looks pretty good for us either way. Hopefully Rance is still around at 14, and McEvoy/Henderson at 21.
