Spoke to Belly @ the B&F last nite and asked him about the incident with Ben Johnson a few years back. I reckon he has not been the same since and he agreed. Reckons he still has a lot of neck and back issues as a result of the hit. Says his shoulders are stuffed, though that is not from that incident. Got the impression he is still filthy with Johnson for the hit. This is yet another reason why we should all hate the black and white with a passion. Saw Ben Johnson out one nite and told him what I thought of him for that hit and he just smirked. Arrogant scum

The great thing about the mo is that if footy does not pan out for him, at least he can play the swashbuckling hero in a 1920's movie.

Its fantastic reading all the comment on here about Broady. I still can't believe he is gone. He was a really great person, who always went out of his way to be a complete gentleman to my sister and myself. He always made an effort to come have a chat at training or functions. A champion bloke, and a footballer just starting to his stride. I remember a game against the Saints in '04 where he made about 3 efforts/tackles in the middle of the ground in about 10 seconds of play. Great stuff. We Miss Ya Broady! RIP #20

Question for Occo -how many of the recent premiership teams had a number 1 draft pick in the 3 or 4 years preceding their premiership? Geelong - 0 West Coast 0 Sydney - 0 Port - 0 Brisbane - Had one at end of '98 - Des Headland Essendon - 0 North - 0 Adelaide - 0 Getting the pattern here, genius? Number 1 pick does not mean jack So how about you support the club and stop being a puss, ok?

I agree with the above suggestions re: Dangerfield. We should draft the guy because we get; "No respect, I tell ya, no respect!" *cue the bugged out eyes*
