Nice to see the true match sim. Ball delivered to sideshow 2 m wide at his feet to meet his lead. Get him practicing for our normal forward entries!
Nice mark by Weid against Lever. Lever looked disappointed. Hanging to see Sam back out there in the Red ad blue

Another new partner

Seems we have a new sponsor coming in on a weekly basis. Is Perty doing a great job?

If not for injuries Jakovich and Schwarz would be #1 and #2 (in either order)
And why are so many people leaving Lyon out of their top 5?

Haha deadset what a load of rubbish. I think it is you that needs to watch more football.
Zac Jones is not only a [censored] bloke but an ordinary footballer. Tough faux guy that was trying to snipe the young boys in Jordon and Pickett over the weekend.
He butchers the footy consistently and saints fans hate him.
To think that he's better then Nathan is simply laughable.
Come back when Zak has won 3 club best and fairests.
Agree totally... never saw the fuss about him. Average player at best.

The comparisons to Cyril Rioli have been made before but against the saints was the first time it was really evident to me. Took his goals brilliantly, great pressure, zip and spark. The air crackles when he gets the ball.
He's a game changer. Such a buzz to see him running around in the red and blue.
Its a shame he missed that goal when he hit the pack at lightning speed from out of nowhere. Would have given him three brilliant goals.

Sell the URL it would have to be worth something to some satanist group or goth band or political cabal.

Whoever it is, they just need to stop leading to the pockets!
Tmac to a wing Richo style
Pickett Brown Jackson
Spargo Weid Fritsch
Or Fritsch to the lead up forward/wing. He dominated at the end of 2019 in that role. Best footy hes ever played.

Our womens team are playing a final on Saturday afternoon. You should check it out. It'll help you pass the time while you wait for the mens game.
Good idea, I will tune in.

Career goal accuracy
Weideman 65%
Fritsch 53%
-
I would have Weidemann in the team ahead of Fritsch.
Weid kicked 19 goals 8 behinds last season.
Fritsch has kicked more behinds than goals last year and this season. Hes becoming a coach killer.

GWS only supporters are the friends and families of the players.
The AFL would like us to believe they have 30k members lol

Bring Kelly in for $750-800 and take Hibberd, Melksham, VB, Brayshaw off the list. He’ll count his lucky stars playing for the Premiership favourites.
10 bucks says he goes to Geelong....

It is a long slow wait to a Sunday evening game when your team is playing well.
Glad to get that off my chest.

In Melksham and out Sparrow is the prediction here. Not that it means anything.

They'll still want to get minutes into the likes of Melksham and Hibberd.
They will need to bring them both into the senior team then.

Very arguable improvement maybe Hibbo but no one deserves to be dropped especially for Melky.
Melk (along with Spargo) is the best player on the list at delivering inside 50, so i wont be surprised if he comes in but my preference is no change.

I think a lot will depend on GWS. They looked uninerested against Freo. They may throw everything at us early but hold and we should beat them. Alternatively they may be not interested again and there for a flogging but will we be in the mood to give them one. I think there is a problem with Cameron.
Yes. I dont buy the they will throw everything against us. I mean they might but as you say they look disinterested and the coach may have lost them.
Still they have enough talent to knock most teams off on their day.

The strength of the AFL depends on football’s grass roots. The local suburban and country clubs that develop young footballers and turns them into stars. Those clubs are also important to their local communities for their sport and healthy recreation and for their togetherness and entertainment at weekends. This is a story of council greed that could kill off Fitzroy for a second time. It shouldn’t be allowed to happen.
Council fee hikes threaten to wipe out community sports clubs
The Greens. Enough said.

Looking much better this week even though M. Brown, J. Smith and Lockhart have nowhere to play and Jay's prognosis got somehow changed from "testicles" to "groin".
Injury List: Round 3
Mitch Brown (calf) — Available
Joel Smith (finger) — Available
Jay Lockhart (groin) — Available
Sam Weideman (leg) — 2 to 3 Weeks
Ben Brown (knee) — 3 to 5 Weeks
James Harmes (wrist) — 5 Weeks
Marty Hore (knee) — Season
Aaron Nietschke (knee) — SeasonThree players available this week and nowhere to play them with no VFL practice matches.
Very happy to see Weid is only a couple of weeks away and Benny Browns timeframe hasnt blown out.

The review is up on the MFC site:

Chandler and Bedford continue to impress and Melk played well. Theres some real motivation for Spargo, Kozzie and ANB to keep performing.
No mention of Rosman in the report but he kicked 3 goals.

Hard to see Brisbane being 0-3, should get the 4 points tonight.
They should be 1-1 though but were robbed down in Geelong.
