Tomlinson dropped after a handful of games and doesn't get a look in to replace someone who plays a pretty similar role for an older Jones. It's great that spots are tight but he would be feeling pretty low. He had 32 with 10 marks vs Hawks in the pre-season. Sometimes you just have to let players in and give them a few weeks to get right (Weed for example) Anyways...hope Jones kicks a few because I'm sure he's hungry to make an impact

would of preferred Tomlinson than Jones Hope they play Melk on wing rather than Fritta Jones was pretty poor in the fwd line against Carl - but happy to give him another crack for the weight he's carried this club through

Yes it was a good run, but we got absolutely embarrassed in Perth (given we ended up losing to the WCE who won the flag) but can we all stop reverting back to it? Everyone needs to wrap up their romanticism with it Everyone keeps comparing his 2018 to now. Who cares? Traccs 2018 to now is also totally different. With AVB he hasn't changed and the game is only getting quicker. I see him going through to the end of the year and then I think he will get overtaken by a younger, quicker player who can do more. His continual injuries (even if this injury is only a few weeks) is also a bit of a worry. I think he's a limited player and can't seem him in our future

If we can get Daniher for cheap then by all means - Burgo could fix him

To be honest, our list is pretty solid and I wouldn't go chasing any of those little top up type players. Every year it seems like we're becoming a bit more of a destination club, so let's start getting some success on the field and those bigger names will start considering us. I like our drafting/recruiting over the last two years so I back us in to do the same this year. I'd really like another another Kozzie type, but other than that let's let our players develop. I'd like to see Tomlinson really take the game on. I hope the dropping was a wake up call because he clearly has all the attributes (although he doesn't have much pace) to be a great player.

Bring in Jones Move Melk up to a wing to try and play him in some form + he has a bit of toe to play there Put Jones forward as he played alright there in the pre-season

Someone mentioned Tmac on the wing and I actually don't mind that idea It could really pay off or really, really hurt Pro - strong, athletic and a massive tank Cons - he's crazy slow and he always does that move where he tries to step inside/take the ball over peoples heads/roll the ball up with one arm and gets caught. Would get burnt on the way back back to d50 I like Jacko way more than Tmac and I'd be really stunned if he goes out for him

great win - hawks are pretty average but the only negatives i'd say are AVB and Gus but probably not drop worthy after the wn
