I have the opinion that this year will be the big col's year. A new coach and a new attitude around the club may be just what he needs. Dean Bailey should give him a rocket and suggest to him that he is not irreplacable and that to be an afl star like he can be, he needs to perform on a consistent basis. I personally think that Mark Johnson would be worth picking up purely because he is a hard at it no nonsense player of which we are currently lacking in our back line. He might be able to do the Nathan Brown jobs. Interesting reading the Herald Sun yesterday and it stated that his running times were some of the best at Essendon which to me shows that he can be an asset to the club for a few years. Also when people talk about the players we have taken that have turned out to be duds annoys me because it comes down to the recruting staff that are picking up dud players. Not every player taken in the PSD is a dud and I think it is time for the club to take a risk and pick up someone like Johnson in the draft because he may turn out to be what we need. If he turns out to be a dud then so be it, but atleast we gave him the chance to show what he can do. Dont foget that sometimes gambles pay off.

Two names for PSD TODD GRIMA - Get around him. Being one of his good mates i say pick the boy up. He was well in the mix for the VFL team of the year and he will add height and also enthusiasm to the team. Mark my words people he will be a star. Bails you have to go after him. for god sake i am sick and tired of reading people saying that judd will not sign because we are not a huge club in terms of success. That is bull. We have has one bad year and we are now in a rebuilding process so it is exciting times at our club. We should get Judd if Gary Lyon has his say in the matter. If we can offer him and West Coast something i would think he would sign. I would offer Travis Johnstone and Chris Johnson, or Travis Johnstone and pick 20. I seriuosly believe that Travis has got a big head and a change of club is needed for him to get the best out of his career.

i know that we drafted them to play thats why i mentioned Garland. But Todd Grima would be a plus . I played with him at the Northern Bombers in Tasmania and he was a gun. He can play forward and back as he has shown at VFL level and would cost the club next to nothing.

Hello all Being a Tassie lad (although from Melbourne and moving back in 3 weeks) I may be a bit biased but lets be honest Ken McGregor would be the worst decision we ever made. He is struggling for Adelaide and he would set the development of our younger players back. There is a young lad named Colin Garland playing VFL. He played two games this year and played on Neitz in a pre season game and towelled him up. He needs to be given the chance to play as he is a genuinly good player. Also here is a player we can go after he is a Geelong rookie names Todd Grima. Being one of Todd's mates I have tried to get him to the dees. He will play in the second Grand Final in two years and was named in the VFL team of the year. Adding to that, Geelong have a magnificant list and i cannot see him getting a senior game but he could be very helpful to us. Especially as our defence is a concern. Being two tassie boys it may sound strange, but both (if chosen) will play a bigh part in our future as both are tall players who can play the game. Also knowing them both I am sure that they will give their all and be a part of the future of our magnificent club. One last thing Melbourne Demons #3 Chris Judd Bring It On 20
