My point was that none of us know what it takes to be an AFL coach, we are all guessing at what it takes. Yes many have coached at junior levels but that does not compare to the highest level. Just because you have done an apprenticeship under a great coach does not mean you will be a great head coach. I am sure of one thing, none of us truly know what goes on behind closed door of an AFL club so stop pretending you do. And the spelling mistake in my name, really? Roo's has always maintained a team environment, Watts is frustrating at times but i would be getting rid of a lot more than he before the thought even entered my mind, a great example is Matt Jones, why does this clown keep getting a game?

Sometimes i find Roos really hard to listen too, i just start zoning out, lucky he isn't my coach!

I wonder if appointing the Paddle Pop Lion means free paddle pops for all? I do not know either of these men personally, as i do not know Roos personally. Has any of you been in a coaches box during a game? What about sitting in your office while Liam Jarrah informs you he has been arrested for assult? What about consoling a player that has been suffering for depression and considering retirement? I'm just happy it is not going to be any of you guys.

I think holding the ball only applies to N.Jones. Twice gang tacked even before taking possession of the ball and didn't make a genuine attempt to get rid of it...fine pay that but do it every time you morons, ludicrous. We all complain about them, no matter the team. But umpires are an important part of the game, i just wish they stopped acting like an important part of the game. When I umpired for the VAFA years ago, the first rule that was taught was to be forgettable. That means follow the rules to the letter but go about it in a way to not attract attention to yourself. Now it's like a prancing display of dickheadism. Really irks me they way the show pony around like bloody peacocks acting important but doing a halfassed job. But the worst thing is the fact that they are not held accountable for their sometimes eyebrow raising decisions. Why are they allowed to go about their JOBS and continually screw it up? When players screw up they get dropped. If you or I screw up at work there would be consequences. What are their consequences? I think that there should be a a system for them where they "earn" demerit points and when they have accumulated a certain amount then they get suspended. I'm sure i will be shot down but i had to say something. Thoughts?

Quite simply, no team has 100% perfect players. They have slow players that are in and under that give off to their quick players on the outside, they have players that cannot kick being supported by players that are smart enough to get into a position that suits that player, then there is the players that are feared, and players that are overlooked. We have a side that is increasing these sort attributes and until then we will see displays like Sundays performance or the west coke performance and displays like the win against Carltank, Richmond, Adelaide and the Bombers. I hate Norf sooooo much, for a side that has won a premiership so recently, where are their supporters?????
