Tbh I'm not sure this is the right time for the government to be handing out this amount of money I mean really at the end of the day every Australian will be paying for all this plus interest. Getting sick and tired of governments throwing money around like candy and not giving a [censored] about the enormous amount of debt their putting on our kids and their kids, it's just not a feasible way to run a country.

I don't think a team in Darwin is viable as even in the dry season is fricken hot, plus they're population is only 150k with not a lot of population dense areas surrounding it. I'd love to see one there but can't see it happening. I think SA is a better option as they are a huge AFL state with no NRL team, could be quite successful. But going by the previous 2 teams, AFL want to take away from NRL rich areas.

I don't pretend to know what the AFL CEO does in his office or behind-the-scenes or whatever but so long as he sticks to his "I will always put the game first" mantra it can only hopefully be a good thing. I guess not knowing what he does doesn't help me decide if he's going to be good or bad until he does something that's good or bad. Can someone enlighten me on what his duties will be?

Absolute disgrace, we were 80 points at half-time and should have been 160 points at full-time, really got a lot to work on during the week if we're going to beat Gold coast by more than 186 points 🤣 But seriously, finally did exactly what we needed to do against a lower team very happy with that win and hope we do it again next week.
