Yeah this is my fear, a team full of fringe players can be a so unpredictable.

That would be so good but highly doubtful

Death Riding Fremantle 2023 - Feathered Cap Edition
AzzKikA replied to adonski's topic in Melbourne Demons
Never know, could be one of those times they're unreliable by winning! -
Totally agree PF. Was nothing in it at all, barely hit his head but it was the side of his head around the temple area, not good signs for him at all.

Mrs KikA was born in NSW but lived most of her life in QLD but when state of origin is on she is a blue to the core.

Death Riding Fremantle 2023 - Feathered Cap Edition

Was thinking exactly the same thing. Don't care if they rise up the ladder, just not this year! -
Born in WA but moved to SA at 2 but still considers himself a western Australian at the time of his drafting

Yeah hate it when they do that, mines addicted to girl on girl errr ummm wrestling.

Yeah I noticed his lack of content recently, before round 1 I think, and found it very odd.

BBB is terminally injured with his knee but the team manager it well. Presume they are doing the same if this is the case with TMac.
-
But are they worse 🤔
-
What's that make Collingwood!?
-
Disagree, firstly WC is interstate, secondly all the above mentioned that's wrong with them and lastly it's WC. I don't care what player has been traded to them, they are and always will be worse then Essendon.
-
You now have a soft spot for wet toast!? And you weren't after me for my Essendon one!

Scenario in which I think this won't work as below: Player A is badly out of form, team decides that there is a better option in the draft, team puts player on long-term injury list and send him off for some surgery that really didn't need to be done now, team then picks up better option in the draft. How is this better for the game?

That's the way Mark Robinson goes about business, de fluff will always out sell the truth

Missing out mate, great one last week with the reach people.

This is the exact thing that would be perfect to watch at half-time. Something to connect the viewers back to the real supporters and volunteers. Unfortunately our game has lost it's heart and soul on tv and all it is about now is the almighty dollar.

I think now days it's more about who your parents support or who is winning. My 12-year-old stepson was a Collingwood supporter when I met him, as that's who his dad supported, then changed to Richmond while they were winning. He had a brief stint with Carlton last year as his school teacher was a huge Carlton fan and now he says he doesn't support anyone. My stepdaughter on the other hand didn't support a team when I met her she was too young and now she is in love with Gawny, and my 2 year old son is a baby demon in more ways than one and will forever be a demon. I actually started life out as a Fitzroy lions supporter as that's who my dad went for but didn't really follow footy at the time and then they were merged with Brisbane I lost all interest for about 5 years. When footy started getting my interest again, yze, Robbo, neitz and the like we're playing and I really liked the cut of their jib, so I started supporting the demons. My mum and sister are Essendon supporters for life, hence why I have a soft spot for the Don's. I grew up in Bundoora so no ties to any club, support in the area was a massive mix of every team.
