  1. Bugg with the first goal of the second half. He’s been better too
  2. Did about half the first quarter, but played the majority of the second.
  3. Half time Casey lead 6-6-42 to BH 5-5-35 Viney getting more involved and is just a beast around stoppages despite the tag. Garlett playing really up forward as is Pedo and Bull. Stretch and JKH better then previous weeks. Frost, Petty and Keilty all combining well in defence (Dec in particular has been great) Wagner and J.Smith better that quarter. Baker okay. Hunt and Johnstone have been poor. Anyone I missed?
  4. Casey getting on top with Pedo marking and goaling from the top of the goal square Casey 6-5-41 to BH 4-3-27
  5. BULL!!!! Tim Smith with a MASSIVE screamer on the wing to set up a shot at for Johnstone, who misses
  6. Box Hill are good but Casey are holding on well. Casey 4-4-28 to BH 4-3-27
  7. Sorry for late reply my phone reception is playing up today out here
  8. Beautiful kick by Garlett to set up a goal after the siren for Angus Scott Casey lead 4-4-28 to Hawks 3-2-20 Garlett prominent, T.Smith great. Keilty best quarter he’s played all year. Stretch and JKH better. Viney spent about half the quarter on the bench and gets a heavy tag as soon as he steps foot on the ground, so he wasn’t in much. But what he was in was spectacular and he is just a class above. Hunt quiet.
  9. He’s coping a heavy tag from a rookie listed hawks player so I’m expecting it soon
  10. Great start to the game with Viney getting the first cleanrence and JKH kicking the first goal thanks to a beauty of a kick from Mitch White
  11. Casey are looking very powerful before the game. Both the emergencies in Hunt and Garlett are playing, not to forget Jack Viney. Plus all the other Melbourne listed players. This should be a great game to watch.
  12. Hawthorn too strong in the end, were dominant after half time and Sue “Tex” Perkins was too powerful up forward. Hawks beat Casey 4-7-31 to 3-6-24 in Round 1 of the VFLW season One a side note, in the past a women’s game before the VFL has tended to tear the ground up but Casey Fields is looking a treat. Id put that down to a higher skilled women’s game, not scrappy and tearing the grounds up the guts like it did in the past
  13. Bianca Jakobsson spoke at the before game function (she’s out injured at the moment) damn she is pretty in person
  14. Half time in the VFLW Casey lead Hawthorn 3-3-21 to 1-3-9
  15. I’m up nice and early today. It’s a beautiful wintery morning, the birds are singing, Melbourne had a huge win, I get to watch my brother play high level football in just a few hours, and not to mention Jack Viney! Imagine being a 19 year old Casey listed player, missed out on getting drafted, been playing well enough to squeeze into a packed VFL team, and as you run out on the day, the god damn Captain of the Melbourne Football Club is running next to you. Cant wait too watch today’s game and hopefully it’s another big win. Carn the Dee’s!
  16. The guy is such a gun. Didn’t have a massive arieal or forward game and seemed to play half back a lot.... still 26 touches. I’ve loved him since I first saw him at Casey and he’s killing it so far
  17. I’ll be there mate, sitting in the Mother’s Day luncheon beforehand so I’ll get a nice view of the game from the balcony I believe there will be 16 AFL listed players for Casey tomorrow, plus Viney. Casey should be able to make up for last rounds errors against the Cats and take the Hawks to town.
  18. Thanks mate. I doubt many people will listen to me considering how many on here want him sacked into just his second season haha
  19. I was scared of St Kilda because this is a game we should win, and they drew against the GIANTS 2 weeks ago.... But then I saw what Geelong did to them Friday night and I’m feeling pretty good. Gawn will dominate the ruck once more and with the hitouts-to-advantage fixed we should be pretty confident about this game. Carn the Dee’s!
  20. How the hell did crameri get a game? I know he kicked a goal but he’s done nothing else and Keilty kept him too 1 goal in raging Geelong VFL game last week
  21. Honestly, I don't really know. Without actually being within the footy club its pretty hard to get a grip on it even when talking to people within the group. But from the outside it looks pretty solid to me, morale is high and the boys have a lot of belief in themselves. I know Goody cops a helluva lot of criticism on Demonland, but the Club and the Players absolutely love him. From all accounts he is a great coach, a great guy and knows football inside and out. The players know what his vision is and are training, playing and striving to reach that ultimate goal. The criticism of Goodwin on here is way over the top and I think he is one of the best coaches in the AFL especially from the players point of view.
  22. The role Bull is playing seems to be less a KPF and more for tackling pressure and on the ground. I think we could really use that in our forward line. Its just a bonus he has a great mark and kick for goal going for him.
  23. Doesn't look like it. Here is the VFL MRP statement for Round 4 http://vfl.com.au/vfl-round-4-confirmed-mrp-sanctions/ No mention of Munro
