it is an excellent book. follows in detail hawthorns recruiting strategies. for example. they decided that they needed key position forwards. so they went and got roughead and franklin - even though they rated some midfielders in that draft higher. and last year they got rioli because they needed a small forward, so they picked the best small forward availiable - not the best player availiable. they picked for their needs. we have needed a CHF since the ox.................................. they also had very good things to say about maric - best kick in the draft they think. wooooo
