Great post and as you say, these aren't new problems, they've been ongoing for years. The amount of unbelievable spin to come out of the club has now been called out finally for what it is.

And how they ruthlessly did it, is what we should be looking at.... cash in while we can.

This is why I ignore most of your posts to be honest, got to laugh. Spending all that time on Optimism Beach will never allow you to see the Forrest for the trees....I'm surprised you aren't still spinning the "loading" excuse for another failed season....even though every club loads, or spinning some stats to manipulate our issues.... Our stars wanted out, no doubt, and the only reason they are still here is the because either nobody had the picks, wanted them, or the ridiculous salaries they are on. Players also "stay" because they are comfortable, not all are competitive beasts believe it or not. And it was dead obvious that our current [censored] show would turn people away, as we got bugger all. I'm just going to put you on ignore actually. Some of you are so frantically attached and hurt by what the media says it's laughable. If we didn't have any issues, then why are they doing a review. Plenty more to report....It's not over yet ;-)

We have Fritsch and Pickett as proven goal kickers. Hopefully JVR improves as he goes missing way too much. I personally think the addition of goal kicking mids would provide the chaos and less one dimensional structure. Windsor, Rivers, Petracca plus whoever we pick up. Viney seems to be drifting forward more also. A handful of mids who can kick their 20 odd goals would be super handy and take the pressure of a KPF.

I hate Geelong, but it's the right call and fair for them. What isn't fair, is the same teams going down there to play all of the time. If they can even this out, then people will be happy.

Based on what I've seen, surely Bolton isn't worth a 10 or 11 plus 18? He's flaky asf.

Since we got the wobbly boots on since about round 10, 2022.... We have WON 33 and LOST 29. LOST 4 finals in a row (Straight sets) We also LOST 10 of our last 15 in 2024. There are multiple factors as to why this has happened, but Goodwin has a hand in many of them IMO. It's a very big 2025 for the coach. 33 and 29 since that great run with "mostly" - Petracca, May, Lever, Brayshaw*, Petty, Oliver, Viney, Gawn, Fritsch and Pickett in the side is a big fail IMO.

The biggest load of time wasting, garbage drivel you will ever waste your life on.
