  1. That’s why I’m thinking an experienced VFL ruckman, they’d jump at the chance.
  2. Kerry is a fanatical Dees fan and a great person, she wouldn’t make crap up about the club.
  3. I’ve always said he needs to kick more, on the weekend we saw why. Freak
  4. And where were those sides on the ladder v the ones we’re about to play?
  5. Plus after what has happened to Viney and Stretch, I don't think the club would be stupid enough to rush him back.....surely....
  6. From memory, we don't actually have many players who can kick over 50m, maybe Melksham is the only consistent one, Vince in years gone by. I wonder, compared to other sides with longer kicks, does it cost us 1-2 goals a game. I'll look into it when I have time
  7. You said gifted, that's why I mentioned those two players, perhaps I misunderstood your wording. Jakovich and Schwarz for me, DS was something special and such a shame he was cruelled by injury.
  8. "Gifted" Jurrah would be up there with Farmer. But think you've nailed it, depends on what exactly you mean by gifted.
  9. Wouldn't say we've nailed Petracca at all yet. The rest look good.
  10. At least we now know why our injury list has been small! "Keep on playing boys until you crumble"
  11. Are there any short bits of footage of that? I missed it
  12. I wonder if the Alice Springs game made it flare up then the Darwin game topped it off?
  13. On a side note, I'd prefer Gawn as captain - only one to consistently stand up when the club needs him, make Lever his VC with it in a new change of leadership direction.
  14. TMAC is the ultimate professional in training and preparation. And a good bloke too.
  15. Contact me via PM tomorrow, I may have some freebies for you. I'll be there.
  16. trying to be tricky ricky
  17. Totally agree, what a freaking idiot. Give the captaincy going forward to Gawn also. Not only could he ruin his career but he could ruin our chance for a flag.
  18. It's not part of footy when he knew how serious it became last year, he should have reported it straight away if in fact he didn't. Just ridiculous. (not you, him). He needs to stop being the tough guy and think of the club and team first and foremost, he didnt last year either.
  19. Hmmm. From what they were saying yesterday he only just became a little sore, now it's been sore for weeks? Mixed messages coming from the club on this in the last 48 hours.
  20. Gawn and Oliver in AA EOY side. Hogan and Jetta in squad of 40.
  21. We can win every game and we can lose every game, it's just which Melbourne turns up! I'm not as confident as others and have seen enough this year to warrant that opinion, however I do know our best can go all the way. It's going to be a cracker end of season for all sides if this weekend is anything to go by. Fingers crossed
  22. He did say he was optimistic!
  23. Cats, Adelaide, Swans, Eagles. A win v GC and 50/50 v GWS.
  24. I do it manually, not auto tip.
  25. Getting harder to predict now especially after all the weekends upsets, the whole top 8 can change dramatically, even Tigers. With each game it changes, all that we can do is keep winning and the rest will fall into place. At least over coming weeks we will see where we are at as a club, are we flat track bullies? I enjoyed last year when we beat the better sides. Anyone in the 8 can win it. Collingwood have beaten no one also. Plenty of injuries to top 8 sides, Kennedy, Nik Nat etc. STK loss so costly, Geel and Port blunders too.
