I wonder if players have to pass a medical insurance review or is this a silly thought? -

You probably wouldn't get out alive but you'd go down doing a good deed. Maybe if there were enough of us but I know I'd puke if I had to wear pies gear for even a second. Best of luck mate. I admire you taking one for the team. We will always speak fondly of you here. -

Sorry if it's been covered before. Was Gus actually told by someone that he can't legally play or did he decide based on medical advice? If the former who decides? The club by advice from Drs? Insurance company? Afls board? Cheers. -

PREGAME: Rd 01 vs Western Bulldogs

I don't think do. I'll wager you'll find Salo spends time down back with Bowey out and Kozzie back in. Marty isn't similar to Bowey. Woey maybe but we need someone with Christian's elite disposal down back. Also Im not sure if Salos strong enough to play the whole game in the midfield. -

It's just a part of his game though. Not saying your wrong but that's just Viney's nature. Believes in his own strength and that's why he kicks goals like he did v Swans. He's a bull. Like Kozzies leap you just sometimes gotta take the bad with the good. -

There goodLooking bikes mate. Ironically aren't they 400 cc? They put out the same horses as my 500 but yours is a good 27 kegs lighter which probably makes the world of difference. Yours reminds me of the Kawasaki retro w series a few moons ago. The good thing bout these bikes is they have good resale. My Enfield with a full tank weighs about 195 which is a lot for me. The power to weight ratio for a 500 isn't great. Could be time for a trade. Thanks Skuit. Ps love the extended saddle. It's similar to mine. Great for passengers or panniers. -

Yes it's Deluxe Bullet 500cc. Some Indian company bought the name and started making them again in a very traditional looking manner but with a lot of modern conveniences like efi and a few other things. They are a staple workhorse in India. You see three people on them. -

I'd say that was more than a Tracca trait Hardtack. -

I would say pound for pound he would be one of the strongest players about. He just shakes tackles off and that goal of his was a perfect example. -

Had a real estate dealing with him once. He was a tough negotiator. I did admire his commitment to his beliefs but felt sorry that he couldn't attend games on his Sabbath. His business dealings may not have been kosher but as others have pointed out, did some good things for the club. The Bentleigh club wasa good investment and I still have some fond memories watching games there. -

Salo goes back for Bowey is a no brainier. Kozzie will spend time in the middle but hopefully not the whole game. -

I get the sentiment and common sense of this post. I would suggest however that the one in question gets tackled much harder than usual and three times as much. -

Yes good point D17. I was surprised how their depleted midfield performed. Looking on the upside as bad as we played in patches we were in front at the 3 quarter mark and could have taken the chocolates.
