  1. Hell start clunking them soon. One thing is that I've seen him up against two taller opponents and his ability to leap at least stops an easy opposition mark.
  2. It's probably what got us out of playing Kardinia for the fiftieth year in a row.
  3. Ditto. To bear fair to me I clicked on it after 12.
  4. I'm still backing Jvr to keep improving.
  5. It's because we are the biggest threat in the Afl to other teams. We are a force others are scared of.
  6. With no teeth. ( I'll see myself out).
  7. I know Crows have been terrible but they will throw everything at us this week. The five day break isn't too good either. I don't think this will be a walkover. But how sweet it will be if we come back with two wins from this interstate ordeal.
  8. Young Caleb Windsor should have a crack at this.
  9. He's not afraid of getting hurt. And yep he's still best 22. He's done a great deal up fwd often without another successful tall to take away quality defenders
  10. Not knocking Jvr but he's not at his best this year. We definitely need to have either a petty or Bbb to help him.
  11. Power supporters are a bunch of tools.
  12. I want my son's gopro back. They've had it for a year now.
  13. How good was our kicking at goal? What was the best goal? Vintage Fritta to open our account? Anb's confidence shots? Captain Maxy's big bomb from the fifty. Jack Viney in his 200 th weaving past Port players Matrix style as if to say I'll just do it all myself? Sparrows kick from nowhere . A record for getting ball to boot. Bbb's curling ripper from the pocket reminding us all that Big Benny is Back. Kozzys effort? This gets bonus points because the Port defender decided to mark it on the wrong side of the white line. Fritta's second goal to seal the show and then speaking some French to the Port fans (who Bbo aptly referred to as looking like a scene from the walking dead)? Surely it has to be the one from young gun Caleb Windsor moving like Michael Jackson to wheel around onto his right and put through his first major. Kudos to the coaching staff and players for reversing a horrible trend of inaccurate kicking at goal. And at an unfamiliar ground as well. That's how you win games. Long may it continue.
  14. The half life on those Red bills is a couple of days
  15. I reckon if we subbed olhim off we would have lost. I hope he's ok. Maybe rest him against the Crows
  16. Just pondering how big a win it was last night. Such a tough gig over there. Three interstate games out of our first five had alarm bells all over it. I feel confident we can win next week.
  17. Agree Heart beats true. I think his tap work and ground level skills are pretty good but his soft hands have always been a glaring problem and the main reason he couldn't play fwd. As for Max he wouldn't let on about being crook and was very gracious about being beaten.
  18. Grundy the tallest Swans player and only one with no marks Not missing him.
  19. We did win that game. The discussion was around areas that Port win and lost. The whole point was it was a great win given how sport dominated certain metrics And yet in the area of grit we killed them. Nothing wrong in talking about these things. It's how we improve
  20. I would argue Nibbler is one of the fittest players about.
  21. Hi Bombay, good to hear from you. I guess your revelling in this Spiritual day too. The joy of being a Dees fan. I'm sorry I can't answer your question. I'd guess yes but maybe the footy almanac in @jadednomore can help out. Cheers.
  22. It was nice of the broadcasters when they did close ups of Port supporters that they photoshopped all their teeth back in.
  23. Thanks for this. It makes it worth eight points
  24. He had a poor game but he had an absolute blinder the game prior so you don't get dropped. He stays. If May comes in Hore will have to make room. There's a lot of competition down back.
  25. Riddle me this....Petty was moved fwd for the last quarter. Thought he was good in defence but didn't really seem to have an impact up fwd. However our fwd structure seemed much better after he went fwd. Not sure if it was because it stretched Ports defence or a result of our mids just lifting and getting more i50s Ideally I want him fwd. It's good to know that we can cover May without Petty in Hore, Lever and Tmac. The latter two were wonderful and I am genuinely surprised at Tmac's recent form. Bbb as well. We have gone from the view that anything from Tmac and Bbb is a bonus to them being prime players . Credit to Oliver who played with one hand and played a blinder of a final quarter. It's so exciting to have so many marking targets in Fritta, Petty, Jvr, Bbb and to a lesser extent Sparrow up fwd
