I'd be very surprised if we win tonight with Max out But if we do we will be back in the hunt for sure.

Beg to differ . We lost two games by under a goal. Had we won those we would currently be in second spot. Yes Eagles game and Freo were shockers but we have still been competitive.

This is a low standard game with fumbles and clangers everywhere. I reckon North would be a chance against either of these two.

I think Petty in makes sense. Its just a shame Jvr will be rucking again. I get not playing Fullerton and co but the club has been caught out not having a real viable alternative for Max. Well said . That was the biggest head scratcher ever Should serve a lesson that the sub really is there for emergencies. Helped lose us a final, that call. Laurie had maybe six games under his belt ( most as a sub). Hard to fathom what the selection committee was thinking or rather they clearly weren't.
