  1. Kozzie and Chandler at their peak game are match winners. To see them both back in great form is vital.
  2. lions have won every game at the Gabba and lost half of their games away from it. Go Dees. However it will require a much better effort from our worrying fwd line again. Maybe Bbb will play a blinder. Our backline is wonderful but our small brigade are not doing much and I can't see where a winning score will come from. Petty needs to go fwd. We simply can't have just one tall again.
  3. Petty was out for a while too.
  4. Tx for all the Casey news
  5. I think we will end the season hopefully with 15 wins. Although if we roll the lions at the G we could get 16. But lons have a good run home . We won't go near third. It's a question of holding off the Don's but they have three hard games and four easy. Dogs have a better chance than the Saints and maybe equal to the Don's re fixture. Ironically our early % may come into play. Our destiny is on our hands and some luck re injuries. Will BBB play into form? Will Oliver return in time to let Track rebuild our forward line? It's not ideal.
  6. If he was such an integral part of our backline, I'd love to see him crumbling up forward. Reckon he would be good for at least two every week.
  7. Crows can't win outside S.A. but one against Hawks.
  8. Just watched most of the replay and I've got to say credit needs to go towards the Saints intensity and tackling. They played a very defensive game and shut down a lot of our handballing and kicking down the middle. Their kids did very well.
  9. Hi Kev. Appreciate the input. In the pre season and early games, the combo was working well. It's true, finals are different beasts but do you think at present, they both need to lift?
  10. Given saints ruck had more disposals and marks than max and Grundy combined, do we need to play Grundy?
  11. I think it's just a thing that pops up now and then. Last night darcy on c7 was very much pro saints. In 21 we were the Media's darling so...
  12. Would like to see more forward pressure this game. Bbb and Milk were good on other areas but both had zero tackles.
  13. Probably. But a lot for Jvr.
  14. Definately time for him and David Warner to be dropped.
  15. Good call. I though the Saints played very well. They ran hard and tackled relentlessly. Their mids were dominant. They were playing at home in front of a pro crowd and vying for top four. If not for May we probably would have lost this. Remarkable game by him. Oh and Trac going from a dreadful four behinds to four very good goals certainly helped.
  16. C7 mentioned he copped to knocks on his back but not sure if they knew what was what.
  17. Turning myself in as someone skeptical about playing him forward. He found his inner Dusty. And four straight. Match winning effort. Get well soon Oliver, we have a new forward. I still think just one more tall up forward would be good.
  18. Credit to the saints who bought a lot of pressure. More kicks. More handballs. More tackles. Credit to May and Lever with over twenty marks.
  19. Take a bow Trac.. Great kicking effort and turnaround.
  20. Credit to Trac. Four points last week to four goals.
  21. Well this won't go down as a great win. But we have cemented fourth for a week.
