Farewell Brodie Grundy
I was excited when we acquired Grundy. I thought it was a good idea. He was kind of a replacement for Jackson who although didn't kick many goals, did spend a lot of time playing as a forward. Now with the problem of not having Tmac and Bbb for various reasons, the need for Grundy to help our forward line grew dramatically. He's good Rickman but where Max dominates his his incredible around the ground marking abily. Grundy doesn't have this skill and it not only makes him a lesser ruckman but even less as a forward. Not playing at this point of the season is not good for him in playing finals. If our talls in our forward line work he won't play next week either. Especially from the Casey reports I've heard.

It's going to be tough. Tiges will throw everything at us. It's make or break for them. I'm worried about our midfield holding up as well as us kicking a big enough score. Another combo forward will be trialled. I'm a little calmed by the fact Kozzie and Chandler added five last round. A big win would make a wonderful statement towards us making a run for second spot as well as keeping my nerves in check. Here's hoping Jvr clunks all his marks and kicks five.

CASEY: Rd 19 vs Williamstown
The problem for me is Grundys marking or more specifically his lack of. He's simply just not a very good marker. His tap work is good and hes good at ground level but he won't be a good fwd with his hands. Max is a great mark and we need his marking around the ground.

The Run Home
It's the Freo loss that still irks me. At the time Freo were on a roll only to fade away after they beat us. On any given day this season it seems that most teams are a threat. It will be an interesting run home for everyone when it seemed that two and three were locked in.

The Run Home
Simple. Win our remaining games against teams that are all below us and Lions and Port drop a game each and we are in. Seems scary to dream about.

He was knocked out cold. How a Dr clears him to play after that is beyond me. I hope he's Ok.

The look on the faces of the poor dogs supporters was great as well. In less than a minute they had to process it was all over
