Hogan - was understandably quiet
Petracca - played in bursts
Lewis - important but slow
Gawn - had limited influence
Oliver - great first half
Hibberd - continued to inspire
Stretch - little to enthuse
Kent - was mostly unsighted
Frost - outstanding all game
Melksham - regularly poor disposal
Hannan - had little involvement
Pedersen - didn't offer much
Vince - experience often showed
T.McDonald - only winning forward
O.McDonald - safe and effective
Hunt - loose, rebounded well
Neal-Bullen - some vital touches
Garlett - had limited influence
Jetta - one memorable interception
Wagner - played his part
Harmes - was rarely sighted
Smith - nervous and limited
Tyson - overrated and unsighted
Harmes was great, not sure what game you were watching...

An absolute disgrace to the MFC jumper, get rid of him permanently.

You want Bugg Out?? You must be joking??! He adds the Rod Grinter/ Byron Picket effect to our footy club! Tough, hard as a cats head and can play. Ok misses a few goals but he is one of the reasons we are combining so well as a team. He stays as long as he keeps the same intensity! A big like for me!
We must be watching different games, Byron Pickett effect... ?

In: Wagner / Watts
Out: Salem / Bugg

Article says Wiz will be playing alongside Brad Flower, son of Robbie.
Yes correct, Brad Flower a great local level player. I was just highlighting the fact that there are a few ex demons also running around in that veterans league.

It astounds me that you would want to trade Weideman at this stage of his development. The guy is 19, has shown some great glimpses and is currently building strength and a tank. He's not a mid-fielder FFS, give the bloke a chance to develop properly.
Couldn't agree more, Weid ?

This game = perfect opportunity to launch our season, jump up to sixth position and remain in the 8 for the rest of the season ???

Would think Goodwin would know a bit about Tippet from his Adelaide days, may be a relationship between the two.
Wouldnt rule him out, better than Reid IMO...

Lever is exactly what we need in defence a SMART key position defender...

You don't like them but seem to think they are worth something at the trade table.
Yeah sure, why not!
Classic.
No personally me I'm not a massive fan, I'm sure there are plenty on here that aren't a fan of them. But does that mean I think they have no value at the trade table, no, they have plenty of value! And that's why I'd trade them.
Twist it any way you want fella if that's what makes you feel better. Lol...

Great logic. We need key backs so we'll trade away the ones we have. Brilliant.
Keep players on our list that underachieve, great idea champ.
Trade bait for May...

McTurnover brothers for trade bait
Dom Tyson too...

Too early for that I reckon.
They both play considerably different roles in the senior team than at Casey, so it's tough to change roles each week.
I wouldn't be surprised if Harmes really comes on. He's a burst player, and if he gains some confidence he could really cement himself as a marking high pressure small half forward.
Harmes & Bullen will both make it, still very raw, huge upside

Hannan was vital in keeping that forward pressure especially in the second half, I really like how well he competes in the air, launches are every marking contest with purpose. He created a lot of opportunities and explosive around stoppages at times. His team low 8 possessions were very important.
I very much doubt he is dropped this week.
Needs to get his hands on the ball more & be cleaner when he actually does have it.
Out - Hannan
In - Harmes

How? contracted till 2019.
All this trade talk and 'no Hogan effect' is just plain silly.
Hogan straightens us up and i have no doubt if he was playing last night he would have kicked 4. We have seen when Hogan is up and about what he is capable of, example 7 goals against the Saints.
Hogan is a key ingredient to our forward line.
So you can't have an opinion on this site anymore??? My comments get deleted for what reason???
