Yes they do need to sort their notifications out.....I received two emails as the first code apparently didn’t work.

AFL people can’t comment in the media on the umpires otherwise they throw the book at them.....but to think Goodwin wouldn’t have any choice comments about the umpiring is......amazing. I hate when players are pinned htb and they just let go of the ball to the ground then shepherd the tackler from collecting the ball. If it’s htb the rules should say they have to return the ball on the full straight away.

Well then you need competent umpires who can identify a 14m vs a 15m kick. I think it’s well played to Geelong, Brisbane etc who have used the short kick strategy against us as the umpires have adjudicated their kicks going 15m. My suggestion was to make it easier for umpires - not because I like it.

I think the distance should be increased to 25m for this and the distance a player has to run before bouncing the ball. If it’s 20-25 it will more in likely be paid a Mark, but at least it’s not a dink that doesn’t go above head height. Should create more long kicks down the line which I think AFL house wants

I think the shorten quarters have really helped Brisbane. They looked a lot quicker around ground with their spread. Berry Lyons and in particular neale. If the game was the proper 20min qtrs we would have easily won.

I actually rewound the tape to check, it was the goal umpire who called for the review. Did a weird holding chest stumble on to the field. Another cheating maggot as there was no reason why he wouldn’t be in position to adjudicate especially given there were no other players than Lever on the line competing. Cheat
