Big day today and I’m nervous. One team been playing one down for the past few weeks and just scraping by, the other a hardened outfit at full strength capable of matching it against the best. The question is, can our midfield stand up to what’s to come or will thier’s get on top early. Hoping for a big crowd, Vermont under 10s girls versus Lysterfield. Go Eagles!

So basically it would seem we could: - have all our admin/s+c etc facilities at AAMI - train predominantly on goshes - negotiate 1 training session per week on MCG (or at least once per week at Casey) to ensure we train on the larger ground

Gary Lyon mentioned on SEN this morning storm are looking at a new facility at Broadmeadows…. PS Don’t know anything more than that, just though it worth a mention.

? I reckon it is worse than Fritsch's one as he is standing tall and highly likely to collect the head of his opponent. Fritsch's knees are bent at 90 degrees meaning his elbow when extended would only hit someone in the torso normally.

I would then add to that this photo which occurs a split second prior to the hit which shows Bailey super low to the ground face in obvious flinching motion with a player flying directly at him that it’s clear he was protecting himself. In any ordinary day that hits the guy in the mid torso not the head. Note: the north players elbow doing the same thing as Bailey just not quite as high

Not really, was more a case of using his size to be confident in attacking the ball then following up that effort if the ball comes to ground

Last time I spoke to his dad (very late last year) this and his attack on contents were two areas his dad and the coaches were encouraging him to work on.
