For a 1st year player, he was brilliant. The kid played the whole second half of the year and was integral to our forward line. The impatience people have on young players is ridiculous. Players need time in system to develop and improve their fitness. It doesn’t happen in 1 or 2 years and if you think it does you are kidding yourself.

Spargo is in his 2nd year. He was brilliant last year and had an average year this year, he definitely gets more time. its not uncommon for players to have a downer in their second year. Its ridiculous to think you get rid of 18 or 19 yr old kids. They are not going to come in and dominate.

I like the fact you have had a go at this but no way do you swap pick 2 for 11 and 13. Petrucelle is worth a late 2nd rd, early 3rd pick.

I think it would be a massive mistake to trade Brayshaw. I can understand why he is expendable when he plays both an outside and inside role. Why do they need 2 top 10 picks? We have pick 2 or 3 and a Brayshaw is a top 10 pick himself. They would want to be landing a big fish rather than just getting in kids.

Jeffy was brilliant early for us but unfortunately went missing in games to often in the last couple of years. He was great watch when up and going.

I am not sure what games you watch but none of those players out performed anyone. You mentioned Langdon in your post and he is a massive upgrade on all those players besides Brayshaw. The game needs tweaking but our issue is the majority of our players are ball getters and therefore when we do get they have no runners to give it to.
