    Why cant they just get more picks at the back end of the draft to pick up any nor selected? After watching Mitch Grigg yesterday for Norwood he deserves another AFL lifeline.

    Agree you can't buy the experience the Pies have. Just need to find a couple more gems in the draft, a fit Hogan and Lever firing, retire J Lewis and trade D Tyson for something reasonable and will on our way.

    We need to find a quality outside mid from somewhere (no idea who) but that's the obvious standout apart from the organics growth of the list.

    Im sorry but after todays effort he is done for me; we have Hunt and Fritsch who can develop into that role.

    I recall Richmond getting smashed by Port in a final 2014; they learned and bounced back in only 3 years. Things change quickly in this game; a lot of positives to work with.

    Would be against Trading Tyson if the price was reasonable.

    Might get shot down for saying this but Viney should be stand alone captain in 2018 with T Mac VC. Get rid of Lewis and pay him out and transition Jones into his role and hopefully Hunt, Stretch, Baker and Co and come through.

    Great read and certainly hits home where we have come from. He said on MMM yesterday he was about to catch the late flight to Perth yesterday to cheer on the boys.
