  1. I think our list management is fantastic. Everyone has their serious pants on of late.
  2. Just when you start doubting humanity…. Boom! Something like this is released and it restores your faith.
  3. Pickett: I want to go to Port Adelaide. Girlfriend: But all my family are here in Melbourne. Pickett: They’ve offered me $600k more over 3 years than what Melbourne have offered. Girlfriend: I’ll book the fights.
  4. You’re offended that a male, dressed in a ladies bathing costume, was referred to as a “hot chick”. That is honestly amazing, love it.
  5. Wouldn’t be happy one with the club being associated with a criminal organisation.
  6. Again, it’s got nothing to do with being offended. It’s about respect, and what is acceptable conduct.
  7. https://www.mamamia.com.au/richmond-tigers-groping/amp/. https://www.foxsports.com.au/afl/afl-2020-inappropriate-touching-melbourne-vs-essendon-jayden-hunt-christian-petracca-video-footage-latest-news/news-story/993bf6d9546bb8cf2566dffb2e503250 https://7news.com.au/sport/afl/afl-scandal-widens-as-fresh-groping-incidents-emerge-c-1225658.amp Where have I referenced De Goey? I’ve posted further articles above which call out the unacceptable behaviour of unwelcome and/or inappropriate touching in the workplace. Justifying this type of behaviour by comparing it to another one, especially the De Goey incident, is baffling. Following an incident in 2020 where Dan Butler groped the buttocks of Jade Gresham in the rooms following a match, Gresham released a statement to the media where he said, “There is no context in which this behaviour is appropriate.” I completely agree with Gresham here. I think it’s quite disgusting that people are justifying the behaviour because it was female on female and stating “Oh well… what De Goey did was way worse.” I have very strong feelings towards treating everyone with respect, especially when it comes to the workplace. There is no justification whatsoever for this type of conduct. (I don’t get what my profile pic has to do with this; a hot chick, by herself, in a full bathing suit, having her photo taken, with consent, with no person/s being groped.)
  8. This isn’t about being offended or comparing different scenarios before assessing which one is worse. In isolation, the image is a poor look. Kids, including my six year old girl, follow the AFLW, they don’t need to think this behaviour is socially acceptable. Additionally, the conduct took place in what would be considered the workplace, should we just brush this aside and accept it because the people involved are female athletes?
  9. Apart from being of poor taste, the message this sends to kids (especially young girls) is disgusting. How they thought this was ok to post on social media is beyond me.
  10. I’m well aware double standards don’t exist within the media and general public, so I’m eagerly awaiting the impending storm: Collingwood image ‘raising eyebrows and questions’ on social media
  11. What occurred at Nant was outside of ASIC’s charter.
  12. It’s no shock that crime rates would decrease, given possession, supplying, trafficking etc are all crimes that keep police and authorities very busy. Offences against people (including infants and children) will increase. People are fooling themselves if they don’t think usage will increase.
  13. Do you know how much crime is committed by people who are high on drugs such as cocaine and meth? From my previous previous experience as a first-responder then a Detective, legalising these substances will only increase serious crime. People do hideous things on these drugs, things that unfortunately I can’t un-see.
  14. Does anyone else dispose of the bit that comes out of the spout of the pouch on first squeeze?
  15. Stunk of a scam from the start. People are so dumb.
  16. Good on them for being so passionate. But their supporters are the biggest load of bandwagon supporters in the league. Their crowds have completely dropped off the the last years. Last year (and I know they play some games in TAS) their total attendance at home games was the fifth worst in the league (similar figure to the Bulldogs and Saints).
  17. Can only go by his face but looks like he’s dropped a few kg’s.
  18. Awesome, thanks. The pics I posted are generic, mines safely and securely locked away. I also wasn’t sure if it was something worth donating. 🤷.
  19. Would anyone have any idea if a VFL Premiers medal from 1959 would have much value?
  20. Always good to read footy news related to us but this is very meh. Pull ya socks up Purple.
  21. Just before the 2013 kicked off, I remember being super excited as I thought we had the best team on paper.
  22. He was drunk and using voice to text. Give the guy a break.
