I think Garland showed all the doubters today how valuable he is. He and Tom McDonald were critical in the win today because the GWS forward line is potentially dangerous. He was composed and assured and read the play beautifully

Haven't seem the game yet but judging from the spread of votes it seems there were a lot of good contributors. Good effort when you take into account who was missing from our side. Good effort from our backline to keep Cameron, McCarthy and Tomlinson out of the game. From the radio commentary it seems Vince, Viney and Jones were dominant on the back of Maxxys ruck work.

The thing that stands out about Harmes is his Viney like attack on the ball. He is very energetic at the contests. Has some rough edges but is a really exciting prospect. Will be another regular in time and further deepens our list. May fill the spot left by Howe when he leaves ( which I think is almost certain )

I can't stomach the Scott twins - Brad more so than Chris. Self righteous sooks both of them. Hope North implodes in the finals. Will be barracking for the Toiges for the first time.

This brings bad feelings about the way Dean Bailey and our club was treated by the AFL. I understand there are differences but there are enough similarities in the sense that Clubs can manipulate individual games to their advantage. This combined with the way Carltank got away scott free busts my chops. I am not blaming the tanking Issues for Dean Baileys illness but he was clearly broken by the sanction against him. If I was a member of the Bailey family I would be aggrieved and asking the AFL for an explanation.

Team selection has been strange all year. I guess there is a method to it but it escapes me.
