What would Dane Swan be if he wasn't a footballer? Inmate 657.
-
This was all part of their off season training regime. 'Boys get over there and see if you can set off a volcano.' Hope they stayed away from the dog satay!'
-
I hope the MRP issue a $1 fine.

Agree with the 650k stipulation but I'd add we'd need to offload Tyson as he would become 1 too many. I think Maynard will take his spot next year anyway, so if we can get some value out of him I'd take it. Happy to keep him otherwise, either way.

One can only hope Red. Yes, they do get reamed in that deal, but in reality what are they likely to get end of '18 when Lynch leaves to free agency?
-
Of course they would, if Weideman wasn't, well, Weideman. It's all about the romance. Or the vibe maybe.

Would this work? Adelaide - Pay: Lever, Cameron. Receive: Melbourne's 1st Rnd '17 & '18, GCS 2nd Rnd. Melbourne - Pay: 1st Rnd '17 & '18, Weideman. Receive: Lever, Lynch. Collingwood - Pay: P6. Receive: Weideman. Gold Coast - Pay: Lynch, 2nd Rnd. Receive: Cameron, P6.

Who's Frank, and does he want to return to Victoria? Carlton bound for sure.

After the first quarter vs the Pies, could we approach La-Z-Boy?

Watch yourself BB!

You're right. He doesn't just run though, he knows where to run and reads the play well. I was a knocker but I'm on board now. My knock was the tackle count, but he's always providing an outlet which is probably what we're missing.

Umpiring of MFC games very questionable

It's just like I've been saying, if these guys are getting finals they're obviously doing exactly what's been asked of them. -
Can he play as the small defensive forward we're looking for? If he could use his pace to get out the back and forward pressure he'd be a big find.

Sounds about right, can't wait for the next episode, Syd/Ess URP. Those poor bastards didn't stand a chance, but at least they tried. Winning the free kick count 26-20 away from home is about as good as it gets. -
He was only 3 years old at the time.

How's his broken nose? -
Any interest in Oscar McInerney? Won the B&F for the NEAFL Premiers Brisbane and looking at this quote from the NEAFL site, you'd have to think about it: A mature-age rookie recruit from VFL club Casey, the 204cm McInerney averaged 25 hit outs and 14 disposals a game, and proved to be a dead-eye in front of the sticks, booting 24.4 for the season This site suggests he's out of contract (not sure how) http://aflworld360.com/who-remains-un-signed-at-your-club-for-2018/ Does any of that surprise the regular Casey watchers? Is he a forward/ruck option? Long term Pedo replacement?
-
Righto, Casey's done, let the cull begin.

Gil will be stoked. The only way to get to a GWS vs Essendon grand final was a Crows win tonight.

That's a lot of defensive running for sure. Shame it rarely results in a tackle. He'd be the new whipping boy I reckon. Not hard, sits out the back of packs waiting for the easy ball, doesn't tackle. Isn't all that why Billy's in the magoos? It's almost embarrassing to say, he's a step up on a few of our boys.

No worries, thanks Jack. Ok then, for all the 'incompetence' theorists out there. Looking at the finals week 1 umpire appointments, both Chamberlain and Nicholls have been given a run. Would this really happen if they weren't performing or doing what they were requested? There's no incompetence here. I'll go even further, and as Jack said above, it was umpire number 8 Brett Rosebury that missed 2 crucial forward 50 free kicks for us against the Pies. Guess who else has been given a finals run. Hmmmm..... Steak knives? The other umpire from our Pies clash, 11 Curtis Deboy, has been rewarded with his first ever finals appearance. Well done champ, your efforts have not gone unnoticed! The only question though is, where the hell is Pannell? He must've accidently paid us a free
