  2. The problem is he has no idea & hence we’re doomed.

  5. Yeah I'll update tomorrow. Or wait to see who actually lines up.
  6. Sometimes hard decisions need to be made.
  7. Unfortunately I think Joel Smith is just one of those unlucky players who is always injured and will never get a good run at it. It's a shame because he does have talent.
  8. If the Collingwood Scratch Match that was streamed live last year is any indication then it will be available to watch later but it hasn't been officially confirmed.
  9. The next listed Training Session according to the Official Site is:- Date: Tuesday 3 March Start time: 9.45am Location: Gosch's Paddock
  10. ? DANGER SIGNS The signs Christian Petracca is charting the same career trajectory as one of the AFL's premier on-ballers. Stats show Christian Petracca is charting Patrick Dangerfield’s rise to KFC SuperCoach stardom
  11. Thanks for putting that out into the universe and into my rotation of recurring Dees related nightmares.
  12. I have absolutely no facts to base this on so take with a grain of salt but I believe that many people who took out a new, or very lapsed, membership in 2019 did so on the back of 2018 and not being able to secure someone's membership to have access to tickets for the Elimination and Semi Finals (and potentially go into the lottery for GF tickets). I assume many of these new (or lapsed) members took out a membership in 2019 to avoid missing out on the Demon Train. 2019 derailed that train and as a result many people got off at the next station and that will obviously effect 2020 numbers regardless of the year we have. Now 2020 could be a repeat of the 2018 success and there will be people without access to finals tickets. This is good news for 2021 but then there's the old adage of Once Bitten Twice Shy and that's where the sustained success (or Premierships) will need to come into play in order to build towards 70,000 plus. If 2020 is another disaster then ....
  13. Even if we have a good start to 2020 it will be difficult to repair the damage done by 2019 that was gained in 2018. A good finals showing this year will go a long way to restoring the numbers. The only way to reach the numbers Pert is throwing out there is sustained success with at the very least a Premiership (or 2).
  14. I noticed that too in the match day thread and made mention of it in my dislikes/concerns section of our podcast. Too many opposition players brush past half hearted one armed tackle efforts. There are notable exceptions when it comes to tackling but there are a lot of players who need to improve in this area.
  15. Particularly in light of the Polly Farmer story today and the ongoing concussion stories of players like Monkhurst and our own Shaun Smith. If the AFL are serious about this issue then the head has to be sacrosanct. If you let players off for this then you are saying that head contact is ok. If they give Crouch a week or two to be served in the season proper I guarantee he'll think twice the next time. Now some other poor bugger might come off worse the next time and the AFL may be a indirectly at fault.
  16. It's the perfect place to superimpose one if and when we do. For now we'll just have to settle for the AFLX Trophy.
  17. Seems the Bombers are being given an early pass by the media for their off season surgeries. Most in the media we're happy to ignore or were just plain ignorant of it when it came to the Demons. Smashed by 15 surgeries, can Dons recover in time?
  18. Last resort but of course we'll somehow get robbed of a premiership because of this virus. How's that for a case of MFCSS?
  19. Wrong. They're all Mitch Clark.
  20. I'm limited by high quality images available.
  21. The Banner wasn't complete yet.
