In summary, he can accept a $1500 sanction without appearing before the Tribunal. Based on the available video evidence and a medical report from the North Melbourne Football Club, the incident was assessed as misconduct. A first offence for misconduct draws a $2500 sanction at the discretion of the Match Review Officer. The player can accept a $1500 sanction with an early plea.

Like others have said I like the feistiness and the mongrel but he has to learn to keep his temper in check. I'm more worried that these hard tags will be increasingly used to put him off his game.
