ON THE ROAD BACK

I flew to Sydney in 06 for round 4 and watched a great victory. One of my fondest football memories.

Is North Melbourne in Round 4 of 2008 at the MCG any more difficult a proposition than Sydney in Round 4 of 2006 at the SCG?

All I know is after watching Melbourne against Geelong I have a renewed confidence about the team.

And if past experiences have taught me anything, that's probably not a good thing...

I wouldn't of thought so.

The key to beating North Melbourne is a good start.

The Roos play their best footy against bottom 8 teams, and invariably have a match winning lead by quarter time...while the opposition plays catch up footy for the whole game.

If we can lead at half time by a few goals, I think we'll beat them.
