Well ..dare i say it...makes a lot of sense to me. If you're going to set up a team ( 2nd in Syd ) this would be a very good choice !!

Now the only real question...a team from scratch or a relocation ????

    Hmmm - personally I doubt that the talent pool is deep enough to sustain 18 teams... (and this point is not about footy per se), but what concerned me more was the continued expansion of gated communities.... It's indicative of an 'Us" and 'Them' mentality and cannot bode well for the future.
