Possible insight into Bailey's view on discipline?

someone pass the beer and pies !! :P :D

I dont think Bails it concerned too much about the scoreboard. What he IS concerned with is , is Execution of game elements. These arent going too wel in some areas and he's understandably livid. The honeymoon is over me thinks..lol

Great call BB. I attended the AGM at the end of last year and DB could have passed for one half of married couple on their honeymoon such was his positive disposition and enthusiasm, as one would expect.

I like others grew weary of Daniher's defense of underperforming players, especially in the last two years as the gaffer. It is eveident that Bailey doesn't care if your Zomer or White. If you underperform, your going to be out on your arse tout de suite.

I am sick of this club accepting mediocrity!!

I hope that this is the sign of things to come - smashing a few eggs!!

Daniher has gone and we cannot look back.....

We need to look forward, look at the players on our list and do what is best for the footy club....

I agree with punishing a team when they break the rules, you need to do this in the preseason because players are that delicate these days that you can't do it during the season proper. Bailey seems to be a good mix of old school/new scholl coaching. He believes in educating players and then he does this back to the 80's I love it.
