PAV COMING TO MELBOURNE

Featured Replies

A friend up at the gold coast said that there was a report in the a WA paper saying that pavlich could be coming to the dees. Not sure how reliable myt friend is on this but just tought id throw it out there!

Point me to the actual article, and I'll believe it. Otherwise, its crock.

Just stop living in false hope guys, Juddy and Pav are staying put, just enjoy the rest of the season... If that's possible! <_<

For Pav they can have our first pick and Godfrey, Holland and wheatley as a sweetner

good call

pavlich for godfrey! fair call, they should be happy with that too.

We wish. I reckon more likely when his contract expires he'd go back to SA.

dream on, if he goes it will be to SA

it's starting earlier and earlier every year.....

You're right Finks.......

I was thinking the same thing when I saw the title for this thread.

And it is really quite sad  !!!

Exactly- could have not said it better myself

Ill try to enjoy the season ;)

My understanding is that if a player nominates for the draft then the first to pick him (and accept the price he is asking) gets him. So if it reaches the draft, the team that had that player gets nothing (but saves the money they would have been paying him to use for other players) and the nominating player can't pick where he goes. If it hasn't reached the draft and the player will nominate, then the team that had him may want to consider whatever they can get.

Won't happen!

Maybe we can try to trade miller for him. (It NEVER GETS OLD)

  • POSTGAME: Carlton

A near full strength Demons were outplayed all night against a Blues outfit that was under the pump and missing at least 9 or 10 of the best players. Time for some hard decisions to be made across the board.

  • PREVIEW: Carlton

Good evening, Demon fans and welcome back to the Demonland Podcast ... it’s time to discuss this week’s game against the Blues. Will the Demons celebrate Clayton Oliver’s 200th game with a victory? We have a number of callers waiting on line … Leopold Bloom: Carlton and Melbourne are both out of finals contention with six wins and eleven losses, and are undoubtedly the two most underwhelming and disappointing teams of 2025. Both had high expectations at the start of participating and advancing deep into the finals, but instead, they have consistently underperformed and disappointed themselves and their supporters throughout the year. However, I am inclined to give the Demons the benefit of the doubt, as they have made some progress in addressing their issues after a disastrous start. In contrast, the Blues are struggling across the board and do not appear to be making any notable improvements. They are regressing, and a significant loss is looming on Saturday night. Max Gawn in the ruck will be huge and the Demon midfield have a point to prove after lowering their colours in so many close calls.
