This guy does have some skills but has not really had many opportunities. Heard him interviewed a few times and he has a great attitude.

    I like Oskar Baker and hope he goes well in the future he seems to have the pace and skill set to make it but does he have the urgency, time and tide wait for no man - as my old man used to say. Watch the guns train and stay with them and then do some more.!!
