Every game he doesn't play, just adds to my theory that he is our single most important player.

Not just because he is a damn good player, but also for his leadership, his hardness and his attitude.

"McLean told radio station SEN he expected to be out of action for four to six games, a more optimistic outlook than he had last week."

if its only 4 weeks that means he'll be back in 3. not saying too much atm but fingers crossed, we need him in the centre,

A broken bone in the foot means he can't run at all for 3 weeks, only possibly bike ride. he'll have lost a lot of fitness & condition by the time he gets back.

  • PREVIEW: Brisbane

They really had me fooled when I picked them with great confidence to beat the Bombers at Gather Round last week. I should have recognised that nothing is more quintessentially Melbourne than defeating the undefeated early premiership favourite one week and losing to a winless cellar dweller on its way to establishing a record losing streak the next.
