I think that is what I have done but didn't work last season.  

Does anyone know how to get Telstra help on this?  I can't find it anywhere, and my local Telstra store doesn't know either.

    If you want to give it a try the nab cup is free on the app if you sign up. You do have to enter credit card details though so just delete them after you sign up so they don't charge you once the regular season starts.
