That SEN interview is hilarious. I'd be furious and hollow if I was a Richmond supporter.

Also hilarious how nervous and awkward he sounded at 4.13. Didn't know how to sugarcoat it. :D

I think it was more than just money. He was coming off serious injury and we all know how quick a career will come and go , let alone getting picked.

I think he has a weak mentality which is why he went to Richmond. ... a lot easier to be a walk up start however if he came to us he wouldnt be an automatic inclusion and would have to earn it as we have serious midfield talent.

Personally i think this is the reason we get overlooked by YOUNG players as they know they'll have to work hard.

Im willing to bet my left nut that our next player (s) we go for and get are the genuine SUPERSTARS who wont have any problems getting a game as they are elite and working hard  is normal thing for them. Also by going to Richmond he'll be lauded as the "Second Coming ", abeilt selfish player.

2017 draft we will be up to our ears with trade requests and im confident we will land him.

Hope this makes sense

Fyfe that is

Can't see it happening. Report on the AFL site says he will be on well north of a million a year. Can't see our current management selling the farm for one player.

I'm guessing that was one of the reasons why it may have taken Hogan so long to sign as he could have got more money elsewhere and perhaps why the McDonald 53s only signed for two years. I could be way off the mark there but I'll almost guarantee we will avoid the bidding war and pick up a player who is 90% the player of Fyfe but at half the price
