Seriously, If every player did that, then we'd be worse off. But AG isn't a great kick, better he's risk averse then turns it over for a goal. The team is considerably better at manufacturing forward movement this year, so patience isn't as much of a problem. Think how many goals have been conceded via Terlich and McDonald turnovers on rebounds. When you're playing a brand of footy that puts defence at a premium (10-15 goals to win), you can't risk those cheap goals.

True, but if he was playing outside instructions, I'd wager he wouldn't have played the first seven straight as an upgraded rookie, first year player.
