    4. New, young faces are unsure how to incorporate the changes, or how to embrace the club, because it's at such a low point and struggling to form an identity. Imagine going to an organisation as an intern, only to learn the organisation is bleeding money, is far, FAR behind its competitors, and has no clear future. I'm sure you might be regretting your decision.

    I like your work but since it's a thesis that will be marked, you should make sure you have your facts right.

    We weren't bleeding money in Neeld's first year. We made a modest profit in the year before and also in 2012. Our financial woes only became apparent when we were thumped mercilessly in our first 2 - 3 games so the financial bleeding occurred after players were reaching their low point. It's therefore probably worth exploring the chicken v egg part of your proposition.
