If some are completely honest it wouldn't matter WTF Grimes said, as they'd be saying "talk is cheap", or "we've heard it all before".

So if you agree that that's true, which only a liar could disagree with, then STFU. You don't have to pass comment on every comment or article that comes out of the club, which is obviously for the consumption of the average supporter

It has everything to do with the timing as well. The wounds from our latest Perth mauling to end the season have only begun to heal and already it's yet more talk of a change is a comin' and how we've turned a corner. I think we've turned that many corners we've done the full 360.

I still shake my head thinking about how our "season starts now" after the Essendon win. Ultimately talk IS cheap. Maybe wait til pre-season at least before talking about being on the rise. Or preferably once you've won a few games. Then I'll be inclined to be less cynical. Until that point I only want to hear acknowledgement of the hard work ahead, of which there is plenty.
