Holding the ball interpretation in 2012

Featured Replies

The biggest joke is the randomness of the deliberate out-of-bounds rule.

It was embarrassing for the AFL last night that one. Even the crowd was mocking it en masse!

Geischen is a bumbling incompetent.

Personally, I don't blame the umpires. Like the public they are often victims of rules on the run. It isn't an easy game to umpire as it is. Having a thousand middle management wankers making up spurious rules & interpretations to justify their positions or 'improve the game's aesthetics' makes it an awful mess.

Chris Scott has had a whinge in his press conference about a range of matters. He seems to enjoy a sook after a loss.

So, according to Geischen, you can't get run down from behind. I mean, that'd be complete blindsiding, wouldn't it? You're completely blind about what's happening behind your back.

Don't worry, he'll change it to something else next week.

That, or some other rule.
