Todd Viney spoke firmly and directly on where we are currently and our prospects in the future. He believes we are a very long way from say the top 4 - still in development stage. He is hoping in the weeks he is coaching to get more from our midfield in particular stoppages and to tighten our defence. He is concentrating on these areas. He feels that Eade has the background to take the senior role.

    Viney was my favourite player, what you seen was what you got. I like the way he is being honest about where the team is at, not playing politics and pissing in the board/supporters pockets by just saying the right cliched things
