yeah the admin r bein a bit harsh of late :o)

dees = woeful

davey = usin soft injuries as an excuse, get better at casey

well done martin, watts, jones

Precious would be a more acurate description

I wouldnt say woeful, I certainly saw players play with passion, Jones, Maloney, Sylvia I have no bones with them at the moment with Regards to their Committment

Davey, one of my favourite players when on tune, seems to have lost a bit of dash and confidence, at the moment, his skills are still there, just seems reluctant to apply them consistently, almost like his down on confidence

Watts definetly on the Improve though the way the boy has been bought on by the club leaves a lot to be desired

Coaching, to me, has always been about the coach, being able to get the best out of the team he has on anyone day, regardless of injuries.

Has bailey done this? You decide.

One of my many pet hates is dropping players back to the VFL after a few poor games, Then back in the senior team after one week. Drop them and leave them there for four or five weeks. Make a statement, if they want to play seniors prove it.

As long as it works to get the player up and running. There's no one remedy for improving players performance, it needs to be decided on a player by player basis. Some players need tough love, others might just need a confidence boost. Something tells me Aaron Davey is in the latter group.
