Newton is years in and still average....has nothing when the ball hits the deck and isn't strong enough in the hands

Do you know that PJ is three years olderr than Newton?

up forward he looks lost and when he gets a shot at goal looks like a guy who just started playing footy

I think he looks precisely the opposite. Did you happen to get to the NAB game v Essendon at Visy?

Martin provided a good target for us and got his hands on the footy plenty of times (although he unfortunately dropped many marks).

However, as america de cali has said, his kicking is a problem.

    For mine PJ, Newton and Miller are all lost causes and only get games because we just don't have big bodies to replace them at the moment. This is not to bag them as their application has been good but the just don't quite have it at the AFL level. At the end of the year we should thank them for their service and move them on.
