23,149 at the MCG

Congrats to condemned 84, with a prediction of 23,497...

for the first time this season, the majority of people on this website grossly misunderestimated the crowd size.

I thought the crowd was fantastic. 23,000 isn't a spectacular crowd by no means but it is tough to get even close to 20,000 when you are playing an interstate club after only having won one game for the season after having spent almost three seasons close to or on the bottom of the ladder (especially when the weather is bad).

And the passion in the stands was fantastic. Nothing like seeing the red and blue faithful in the members wing up off their seats in numbers.
